Who we are

AERO, contactable at cs@aeroshoes.store. Buying from this site means accepting what follows.

Pre-orders

The A-01 is sold as a pre-order until it ships. You are charged at checkout, and that money funds the production run — this is how the shoe gets made at all.

Pairs ship from 30 September 2026. If that date slips, we will email you with the new one and the reason, and you can cancel for a full refund at that point or any earlier point before your pair enters production.

If the run does not go ahead, every pre-order is refunded in full. That is not goodwill, it is the deal.

Prices and payment

$70 USD, shipping included. Import duty or local tax on delivery, where it applies, is not included and is the buyer's responsibility — we will say so at checkout where we can calculate it.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit or debit cards. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order does not stand.

Returns

30 days from delivery, any reason. The shoes need to come back in a condition we could reasonably resell or inspect. We refund to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving them. If the fault is ours or the fit is wrong, return postage is on us.

UK and EU buyers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from delivery, which sits on top of the 30 days above and is not replaced by it.

What we claim, and what we don't

We describe the A-01 as accurately as we can. Some figures on this site are marked unverified — those are typical industry values for this construction, not factory-confirmed measurements, and you should not treat them as guarantees. When a manufacturer confirms one, we replace it.

Every product image is a render of our 3D master model, not a photograph. Colour on your screen will not match fabric exactly.

The A-01 is for everyday wear and gym use. It is not designed for distance running or lateral court sport, and we do not warrant it for either.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it has been compromised and we will help. We can close an account that is being used for fraud or abuse.

Discount codes

Codes are for personal use, one per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Some are single-use per account. We can withdraw a code that is being abused.

Liability

If we get something wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by any of this.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which AERO is established, and nothing in them removes a mandatory protection you have where you live.
